About 45 years ago got severe whip lash falling off the side of vehicle & grabbing with both hands. Sudden stop snapped my head back, separating my vertebrae. Had to wear a collar for about a year with lots of therapy. Doc said worst separation he had ever seen & I would always have neck problems from injury and arthritis. How true that was. Have spent on every line of pillow. I have even attempted to sew me a pillow to get some relief. This is the 1st one I have ever found that tucks just right under my neck in am these years that actually fits snugly under my neck to hold it properly and allow me a comfortable nights sleep. Thanks so much for designing it!

I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on pillows and have hated most of them. Then, to top it all off, I developed Sleep Apnea. When I sleep on my back, I quit breathing until my wife wakes me up. I was desperate! No way do I want to wear a CPAP machine, so I started looking at pillows that might position my head so I can breathe. When I bought this pillow, the problem was fixed from the very first night. I know this is hard to believe, but I swear that it is the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had, and it positions my head so I don’t have sleep apnea. Every morning, I wake up and ask if I was gasping for air and my wife says no! And my energy level is so so so much better now that I’m sleeping well. This pillow is super comfy when I sleep on my side, too, though I only had trouble breathing on my back. I love this pillow and now I don’t need a CPAP machine! I am so happy!!!!

I want to give it 5 stars because my mother who is 91 has to sleep on her back due to edema in her arm. She raves about the pillow and gets really good sleep because of it. She loves the way her head is cradled in the pillow. I would recommend highly to anyone who has to sleep on their back for one reason or another.

I was experiencing severe neck pain for about 5-6 months. It was so bad that I couldn't move at all without sharp stabbing pain in my neck and it was keeping me from breathing properly. I eventually went to the ER and got my neck X-rayed because I thought it was broken or some other issue. (Expensive trip for them to tell me nothing....) Also got 4 massages and went to the chiropractor (those helped a little).
Went home and bought this pillow and it fixed my issue within about 2 weeks. Yes I know the pillow looks like something crazy from the future, but it does the job perfectly. You can sleep on either side and both are comfortable. The hole in the middle of the pillow is amazing because it allows your head to go back and it has the perfect support for your neck.
It kinda locks your head in the ideal position and keeps your shoulders from rolling back and scrunching up your neck meats. I bring it with me when I travel.I have been using it for 4 months or so and it almost looks brand new. A normal cheap pillow will not last as long and you will prolly end up buying 3-4 of them before you would have to replace this one.Worth every penny and I highly recommend.

I really appreciate the help NECKWELLPRO has been, I bought the pillow, it feels great, comfortable and I went from waking up a couple times a night to sleeping through the night with minimal interruption. I do feel like it could be abit taller for my size, I contacted the seller and they replied on a holiday, and they are sending me an extra addition to help me with that as well.
